Dimefest 2006 Details

The 2006 edition of Dimefest — the annual benefit concert in remembrance of late Pantera/Damageplan guitarist “Dimebag” Darrell Abbott — will take place on Saturday, August 19 at the Ridglea Theater in Fort Worth, TX. Last year’s event was almost completely sold out and this year is sure to be equally successful.

10:45 – Driven Below (Dallas, TX)
09:55 – Course Of Ruin (Round Round, TX)
09:05 – Proofed (Dallas, TX)
08:15 – Kaliya (Dallas, TX)
07:25 – Status Hate (Dallas, Texas)
06:35 – Threat Level (Kokomo, IN)
05:45 – Splinter (Ft. Worth, TX)
04:55 – Plague (San Antonio, TX)
04:05 – Scum Scunge (Dallas, TX)

There will be a Dean tribute guitar raffled off at the show and much more. Proceeds from the event will be donated to the Dimebag Darrell Memorial Fund, which has been set up to help the victims of the December 8, 2004, Alrosa Villa shootings in Columbus, Ohio.
